Perhaps some difficult people DO seem to stir up drama everywhere they go, but, often, a difficult person is one who is actually quite strong, stands up for his or her beliefs, and is one who is not easily subdued by others. One author defined difficult people as those who “never seem to be in a good mood, and are always looking for a fight . . . (they) thrive on conflict and stirring things up.” That’s perhaps the most accurate description of a difficult person, but not every so-called difficult person looks for drama. Rather, they may be highly driven individuals who focus on work, or they may be perfectionists who insist on others’ performing at their very best. There are quite a few on the zodiac list that reflect these very traits.
1. Aquarius
This air sign is one that tends to be accepting of the differences in others, but Aquarians tend to be individuals who do not do well with expressing emotions. At the same time, Aquarius tends to expect those around them to be aware of their emotions. Yes, Aquarius expects you to know what they are thinking and feeling, but you’ll wonder if they care for you at all! This characteristic tends to make dealing with Aquarius very, very difficult.
2. Aries
This fire sign is, well, full of fire! They are demanding, and they often feel that they are always right – about everything! Just those two facts make the Aries seem fitting on the list of zodiac signs that are difficult, right?
The Aries is one who isn’t concerned about the opinions of others. They also aren’t afraid to take risks, and they will push you to the point of breaking when working together on a project. Aries demands perfection out of himself and those around him. It’s not surprising that this uncompromising figure would be on the list of difficult-to-deal-with zodiac signs.
3. Scorpio
Much like Aries, Scorpio is demanding of the very best. They are determined, dedicated, and they will accept nothing less than perfection. Scorpios tend to be secretive, but in relationships they expect their partners to be an open book. Partners may feel that their Scorpio lovers are hiding secrets, but, all in all, Scorpios tend to keep some things to themselves – even innocuous secrets such as a difficult co-worker or a fight with a family member.
Scorpios can be temperamental. They are also dominant. Some Scorpios are bent on revenge when they perceive they’ve been wronged. To get along with the Scorpio, be prepared to be open and honest; be prepared to strive for perfection. The Scorpio expects no less.
4. Gemini
When it comes to astrology, the Gemini is a unique sign in that it represents duality. The Gemini might be easy-going one moment, but if they perceive an individual has hurt them, they will become very quiet and may completely ignore the other person.
The Gemini has a difficult time paying attention, and, in fact, they may try to monopolize conversations. They often do not listen well.

5. Virgo
The Virgo tends to be a very defensive person if she feels threatened. She is also a harsh critic, and, if the Virgo does not want to engage with you, you may receive quite a tongue-lashing!
Virgos tend to be judgmental. They are also quite picky, and they think things must be done a certain way (read: THEIR way). If you don’t follow suit, then be prepared to face the wrath of the Virgo.
6. Taurus
Ah, Taurus – the bull! The Taurus is stubborn, to say the least. This trait alone makes the Taurus a difficult sign to deal with. At times, the Taurus is rude and inconsiderate. They do not like compromise, and they tend to put the feelings of others secondary.
7. Capricorn
The Capricorn is as stubborn as the proverbial goat that is the symbol of this sign. They tend to think and feel too much, and they want to know all about your life and your business. They tend to feel that they know the correct way to do things, and they do not like to try new things. Capricorns are often quite bossy, and the term “controlling” is one that aptly describes this sign of the tarot.
