There’s nothing like the taste of a seasonal Starbucks drink to get you in the holiday spirit, and every year they seem to get better and better. While Starbucks’ official holiday menu doesn’t come out until November 2nd, there are rumors circulating of what will be on the list this year.
From classic favorites to new holiday flavors, check out what you might just see from the Starbucks’ holiday menu this season.
While it’s not official yet, rumor has it that Starbucks will release their newest addition to the holiday menu – Iced Gingerbread Oat Milk Chai Tea Latte! It seems they may be releasing it in hot and iced form, but it’s not clear whether Starbucks will use gingerbread syrup or gingerbread-flavored chai concentrate to make it. Either way – it sounds delicious!
Peppermint Mocha
The Starbucks’ Peppermint Mocha is a classic holiday drink that has been around for over 20 years. First debuted in 2002, the Peppermint Mocha quickly became a fan favorite and has made a comeback every holiday season since. So, of course they’re bringing it back in 2023!
Caramel Brulée Latte
Calling all caramel lovers! The Caramel Brulée Latte is set to make a comeback this holiday season at Starbucks. A favorite among latte lovers, the Caramel Brulée Latte is sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth while not being overly sweet, according to customer reviews.
Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte
Nothing says the holidays like a classic sugar cookie, and Starbucks replicates that nostalgia in their Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte. Topped with red and green sprinkles, this drink is bound to get you in the holiday spirit. While we wouldn’t necessarily call this drink “healthy”, it is a better choice in calories and sugar compared to some of their other drinks.
Chestnut Praline Latte
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire…and blended into your latte. The Chestnut Praline Latte includes flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices, making it the perfect holiday drink. This nutty latte fits the holiday season like a warm, winter gloves and is an awaited menu item.
Holiday Cold Foams
Yes, you heard us right – Holiday Cold Foams might just make their debut on the menu! Rumored flavors include: peppermint, chocolate, sugar cookie, caramel brulée, and chestnut praline. Cold foams have become a beloved drink choice among coffee drinkers because of their deliciousness, and they’re a healthier alternative to whipped cream.
But, you may just have to wait until December 4th to get your hands on one.
When is Red Cup Day?
The long awaited Red Cup Day at Starbucks is quickly approaching and is rumored to be on Thursday, November 16th this year. Red Cup Day is a day where Starbucks gives out FREE red, limited-edition reusable 16 oz. cups to anyone who orders a holiday drink that day – or at least until supplies last.
