How Do the Signs React to Rejection on Valentine’s Day? 

Don’t be fooled by the cool, calm and collected personality of the Scorpio. Underneath their seemingly impenetrable walls lies a very sensitive soul, and this is especially true for men. With matters of the heart, the Scorpio man is intense and passionate. Thus, if they do not receive a return of similar affection from their crush, the emotional fallout can be just as intense. Signs that a Scorpio man or woman is feeling rejected on Valentine’s Day mainly include shows of being withdrawn and isolated for Valentine’s Day. They always follow their heart and moral compass, so being rejected on Valentine’s Day is an especially icy sting for these types. 

Cancer

Cancers do not need a full-out rejection in order to feel rejected. All it takes is the wrong tone of voice and a gift that’s a little too generic to feel unloved and hurt. When cancers are hurt, they often cry and allow the emotions they feel pool out of them to their family or friends, or chaotically into art. This is not to say they are irrationally emotional, however. Rather, the depth of emotion they experience is so deep and nuanced that it simply must come out of them somehow. 

Capricorns

Capricorns crave long-term stability in relationships above all else, so getting rejected on Valentine’s day likely won’t hurt them as much as other signs. They will take feelings of hurt as a sign that things wouldn’t have worked out in the long run, and likely go on with their day as any other day. 

Aries

Aries speak what is on their mind. If you hurt them on Valentine’s day, say, by not getting them a gift that they said they wanted or by forgetting to meet up with them for a date, this will really upset them, and you’ll definitely hear about it. Expect to receive several text messages and possibly a random appearance. They need to say what is on their minds and hearts for Valentine’s Day. 

Sadly, though, it is also likely that even after they express their feelings, this will not actually make them feel better. For Aries, it will take a long time to fully heal, because they believe in their ability to tell how others feel about them. Thus, getting rejected on Valentine’s Day is quite a blow for these types, because it not only hurts their feelings, but lowers their trust in themselves. 

Libra

Ah, Libras. Libras are a unique bunch in that you can never quite know exactly what to expect from hurting them on Valentine’s Day. They may choose to give you the cold shoulder and ignore you, or they may tell you exactly what’s on their mind in an emotional outburst. Funny and vibrant, these types rarely like to express negative emotions, but if you hurt them on Valentine’s Day, they may just do so anyway. Despite trying to not show their emotions outwardly, if they feel passionately about you, chances are high that no matter what tactic they employ, deep down you’ll know they’ve been hurt. 

On this Valentine’s Day, if you want to break it off with someone, it won’t be easy. Yet, regardless of how hurt the other person may be, if you don’t want to stay together, it is always the right thing to do. Good luck!
