Manifestation is a method where you focus your thoughts and energy on what you truly desire. When done correctly, your wants will come to fruition. These thoughts could be love, money, success, a new home or anything else you deserve out of life.
The process is quite simple. After waking up or right before going to bed, find a quiet place to sit and meditate. Close your eyes, concentrate and visualize what you want. As you do this, think happy and uplifting thoughts to increase your vibration. This will help you connect with the spiritual realm.
Once you do this a few times, you should start believe that your manifestation is coming to realization. The more positive you are, the faster your desires will appear.
But life tends to get in the way sometimes. You will have days when things go wrong and it might put you in a negative tailspin. If you dwell too long on what is not going right, all the work you put into your manifestation will start to deteriorate.
So the question now is, how do you stay positive until what you want arrives?
There are four techniques you can do that will keep your vibration high and allow God/The Source/The Universe to bring forth your desires.
Say Affirmations
If you are not familiar with affirmations, they are positive phrases you can say either out loud or to yourself that will put you into a better mood. When you start to feel down, just say some of the following affirmations to uplift your spirit:
- Things are working out for me.
- I am filled with joy and happiness.
- I deserve to be happy.
- I am fulfilled by what I do.
- I choose to be unconditionally kind to myself.
You can say any of these affirmations throughout the day or right as you are about to fall asleep. Soon you will start to feel good about yourself and stay vibrationally high.
Be Grateful
Whether you are manifesting something or not, you should always be grateful for what you have, be it big or small. Be grateful you have a home to live in, a bed to sleep on, food to eat and any other part of life that some people may not normally possess.
When you are grateful for the things that you have, you are telling The Universe/God/The Source that you are pleased where you are now and in turn, the spiritual realm will send you twice as much of what you have asked.
Meditation
If you start to feel flustered and stressed, meditating for a few minutes will put you at ease. You want to be in a state of calm throughout the day to keep a solid connection with the spiritual world so the forces beyond can continue to work in your favor.
As mentioned earlier in this post, you can sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and focus on calming your mind. Playing some soothing meditative music will help as you concentrate on your breathing.
You can spend either a few minutes or up to an hour if you feel it will help put you at peace.
Scripting
A great way of keeping on track with your manifestation is to write in a journal. Scripting is the the process of writing out exactly what you want in the present tense.
If you want a house, you can write “I am thankful and grateful I own my dream house”. If you want to find love, just write “I am so excited that I found my true love”.
The goal of scripting is to “speak” as if you already have what you want and to do it daily. The more you write, your subconscious will start to think that it is something you should have and your spiritual guardians will do what is necessary to make it come true.
Another step that goes with scripting is the feeling you have as you write what you want. Your emotions play a huge part in your manifestation.
Feeling joyful and elated increases your vibration. When your vibration is high, you are reaching the level of content that spiritual beings possess. The term “like attracts like” fits the narrative in this situation.
So as you write “I am thankful I earn $100,000 per year” or “I am grateful for my new car”, feel as if you have it already and feel the excitement you would have if you did.
Conclusion
Being a divine being living a human experience, you have the ability to manifest anything that you want. Once you realize that, you will have complete control of how your life will turn out. The goal is to stay positive and keep believing.
Any time you start to feel sad, say an affirmation. If your mind is cluttered with too many negative thoughts, sit and meditate. If something did not go right that day, be grateful for what did work out. And if you want a little pick me up, write out what you are excited to have in your life. Doing any of these techniques, will bring you closer to the life you absolutely deserve.
