Christmas Eve-Friday, December 24th
Starting off with Christmas Eve, there is tense square energy between Jupiter in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus. The combination of Jupiter and Uranus energy usually creates unexpected opportunities and abundance. With Uranus in Taurus, this is an interesting transit that is currently shaking up the traditional foundations. With these two planetary energies interacting tensely, we may find that some unexpected opportunities are presented to us, but we may not know how to take advantage of them in a grounded manner. It is important that we consider whether or not the opportunities being presented, no matter how unique or avant-garde, are actually capable of being grounded in reality.
Given that this astrological aspect occurs on Christmas Eve, we may want to consider how we’re spending our funds at this time. Going into Christmas day there is a powerful conjunction between Venus and Pluto in the Saturn ruled sign of Capricorn. Venus-Pluto energy is powerful stuff that really brings up a lot of energy related to money, resources, self-value, power, and control. Likewise, the Venus-Pluto combination, particularly the conjunction, creates powerful sexual energy and attraction. While some believe that conjunctions are negative, the reality is that it’s all about how you choose to use the energy. Venus-Pluto in the sign of Capricorn makes for concrete movement towards harnessing our power and ability to maintain control in a way that is beneficial for ourselves and others.
Now, there is the possibility of using the Venus conjunct Pluto energy to manipulate others especially through the use of finances and sexuality. Given that this is Christmas Day and there is a lot of gift-giving going on, be mindful about using gifts and resources as a form of power and control over others.

Capricorn and Pisces energy work well together as there is a good mix of practicality and idealism. This is a good time to have serious conversations that touch us deeply if we are willing to open ourselves up to empathy and compassion.
Mercury in Capricorn is usually not an energy of many words, but the connection with Neptune in Pisces invokes the desire to have conversations that are serious, meaningful, and serve a purpose. With the energy of Neptune in Pisces, we can expect easy-flowing communication that is considerate and inclusive of all viewpoints and perspectives.
